Job Description: Telesales Executive – Franchisee Sales


Position: Telesales Executive (Franchisee Sales)

Location: WFH

Experience: 1–3 years in telesales / franchise sales / business development

Employment Type: Full-Time


Job Summary


We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to promote and sell franchise opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining the franchise business model, and converting prospects into successful franchise partners through telephonic communication.


Key Responsibilities


Make outbound calls to potential franchise partners from provided leads or self-generated data.

Explain franchise business models, investment details, ROI, and support offerings clearly and professionally.

Qualify leads and understand the prospective franchisee’s business interest and capability.

Follow up regularly with interested prospects to close franchise deals.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM or Excel.

Coordinate with the sales and operations team for meetings, documentation, and onboarding.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.

Stay updated with company offerings, pricing, and franchise policies.


Required Skills & Qualifications


Proven experience in telesales, franchise sales, or business development.

Excellent communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus).

Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

Ability to handle objections and follow up persistently.

Basic knowledge of CRM systems, MS Excel, and calling tools.

Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.



Preferred Candidate Profile


Experience in franchise sales, real estate telesales, or B2B sales.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Professional telephone etiquette and customer-focused approach.
