Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Ayurvedic products
• Explain product benefits, ingredients, and usage in a clear and convincing manner
• Understand customer health concerns and recommend suitable Ayurvedic solutions
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales
• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups in the CRM system
• Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally
• Keep updated with product knowledge, offers, and Ayurvedic principles
• It is a commission based work.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills (Hindi language + English preferred)
• Basic knowledge or strong interest in Ayurveda, wellness, or herbal products
• Ability to build trust with customers over the phone
• Good listening, negotiation, and closing skills
• Comfortable working with sales targets and call volumes

Experience:

• 06–3 years of experience in telesales or healthcare sales
•  Experience in Ayurvedic, pharma, or wellness industry is an advantage
