Position: Fundraising Telecaller

Job Type: Full Time Location: Delhi East | Pan India

Department: Telefundraising and Donor Relations 

Experience: 0 to 2 Years Salary: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives

Key Responsibilities

Connect with individual donors across India through outbound calls and communicate the impact of our children's healthcare programs. Mobilize funds for critical medical emergencies including premature baby care, cardiac surgeries, and neurological cases. Maintain donor relationships through consistent follow-ups and empathetic communication. Accurately manage donor records, call logs, and commitment status. Meet weekly and monthly fundraising targets while maintaining ethical communication standards.

Who We Are Looking For

• Minimum HSC (12th Pass). Graduate preferred
• 0 to 2 years experience in telecalling, fundraising, or customer service. Freshers welcome
• Fluency in Hindi and English. Knowledge of Marathi or regional language is an added advantage
• Clear, confident, and empathetic communication skills
• Genuine interest in social causes and child welfare
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with WhatsApp and email

Outbound calls ke through India bhar ke individual donors se connect karna aur unhe hamare children's healthcare programs ka impact batana. Critical medical emergencies jaise premature baby care, cardiac surgeries aur neurological cases ke liye funds mobilize karna. Regular follow-ups aur empathetic communication ke through donor relationships maintain karna. Donor records, call logs aur commitment status accurately manage karna. Weekly aur monthly fundraising targets meet karte hue ethical communication standards follow karna.

Hum Kise Dhundh Rahe Hain

• Minimum HSC pass. Graduate preferred
• 0 se 2 saal ka telecalling, fundraising ya customer service ka experience. Freshers bhi apply kar sakte hain
• Hindi aur English mein fluency zaroori. Marathi ya koi regional language ek added advantage hai
• Clear, confident aur empathetic communication skills
