Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads or databases.

- Clearly explain products/services and address customer queries in a professional manner.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Accurately record customer interactions and sales data in CRM systems.

- Follow up on leads and nurture strong customer relationships.

- Handle objections and resolve customer concerns effectively; escalate when required.

- Stay updated on product knowledge, company offerings, and market trends.

Requirements:

- Graduation is preferred.

- Prior experience in telesales or a similar role will be an added advantage.

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong listening skills and the ability to handle rejection positively.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

- Ability to work in a target-driven, high-pressure environment.
