Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

KynoPulse Research and Services is looking for experienced and enthusiastic Telesales Executives to join our growing sales team. The role involves interacting with potential customers over phone calls, understanding their health concerns, and recommending suitable herbal and wellness products. Candidates with prior experience in herbal medicines, nutraceuticals, or wellness product sales will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers through inbound and outbound calls.
• Understand customer health concerns and recommend appropriate herbal products.
• Explain product benefits, usage, and pricing to customers.
• Close sales and achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders in the CRM system.
• Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders and feedback.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain a professional approach during calls.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in herbal medicines, wellness products, nutraceuticals, or healthcare sales.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Ability to build trust with customers and handle sensitive health-related conversations.
• Good understanding of sales techniques and objection handling.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Ayurvedic, Unani, or herbal product sales.
• Experience working in a D2C telesales environment.
