Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering targeted marketing initiatives. The role also involves providing training to team members, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets through strategic approaches.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to train and mentor team members effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the tech or startup industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proficiency in CRM tools and marketing platforms is advantageous
