The role involves promoting agricultural products/services, generating leads, and supporting sales conversions over calls.

  • Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls using data provided by the company
  • Explain agricultural products/services (seeds, fertilizers, equipment, agri-solutions, etc.)
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales or qualified prospects
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer responses
  • Follow up with interested customers and close sales
  • Build and maintain good relationships with farmers and dealers
  • Handle customer queries and provide proper information
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
  • Coordinate with field sales team for closures when required
  • Required Skills:Good communication skills (Hindi + regional language preferred)
  • Basic understanding of agriculture or willingness to learn
  • Persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM)
  • Ability to handle high call volumes
  • Qualifications:Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
  • Freshers can apply
  • Experience in telecalling, sales, or agri-domain is a plus
