Job Description
Make outbound calls to potential customers to sell financial products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, OD / CC limits, etc.
Understand custome r requirements and suggest suitable loan products.
Explain interest rates, documentation, eligibility, and process clearly to customers.
Generate quality leads and follow up regularly to close cases.
Coordinate with banks/NBFCs and internal processing teams.
Maintain daily call reports, login status, and customer data.
