Telesales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our mehndi services, and converting leads into bookings.

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities:📞 Call leads generated from ads, WhatsApp, and social media
• 💬 Explain mehndi services, pricing, and offers clearly
• 🤝 Convince and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
• 📋 Maintain daily call records and follow-ups
• 📲 Handle customer queries on call/WhatsApp
• 🎯 Achieve daily/weekly sales targets
• ✅ Requirements:
• Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
• Basic knowledge of sales & customer handling
• Experience in telesales / customer support (preferred but not mandatory)
• Confidence and convincing ability
• Basic smartphone/computer knowledge
