Job Description: Tele Sales Executive (Work from Home)

Role: Tele Sales Executive 

Work Mode: Work from Home (WFH)

Industry Preference: Mobile App Subscriptions / Insurance / Banking Sales / Concept Selling

Experience: 2–4 years in Telesales (Mandatory)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

 

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven, hardcore tele-sales professional who is confident in handling outbound sales calls, pitching mobile app subscriptions for market information services on metal & mining commodities to stockists, traders, re-rollers, end-users, MSMEs and closing deals over the phone. This role is ideal for someone who understands B2B selling, is target-oriented, and comfortable working independently from home.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound sales calls and respond to inbound calls from prospective and existing clients
  • Pitch company offerings clearly and confidently (subscriptions, services, plans)
  • Identify customer needs and convert leads into closures
  • Maintain daily call records, follow-ups, and conversion tracking on CRM. CRM & Excel understanding is essential.
  • Handle objections and rejections professionally and negotiate where required
  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and post-sale support
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat conversions

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2–4 years of proven tele sales / inside sales experience
  • Prior exposure to deal with clients from metals, steel & commodity industries, or B2B industrial sales preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English (regional language is a plus)
  • Strong convincing power and closing mindset
  • Self-motivated and disciplined for WFH environment
  • Comfortable with CRM systems, Excel, and WhatsApp-based communication
  • Target-oriented with a hardcore sales attitude

Additional Requirements

  • Stable internet connection and personal laptop/mobile
  • Quiet workspace suitable for professional calling
  • Ability to work fixed hours consistently (9 AM – 6 PM)
