Telesales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products/services, and generating sales through phone calls.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain company products/services and generate sales.
• Maintain a database of customer information and call records.
• Follow up with interested customers for conversion.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team for better customer service.
• RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Basic knowledge of computers and calling software.
• Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
• Preferred SkillsPrior experience in telecalling / telesales / customer support.
