Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and inbound calls to students who have inquired about online courses
• Counsel students on course details, eligibility, fees, and career prospects
• Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
• Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into enrollments
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and enrollment targets
• Update and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Coordinate with internal teams for admissions and documentation
• Resolve student queries in a professional and empathetic manner

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills (English/Hindi/Regional language as required)
• Strong convincing and counseling skills
• Ability to handle objections and close enrollments
