Telesales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to promote and sell loan and insurance products over calls. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining product benefits, and closing sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Explain loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, etc.) and insurance policies (Life, Health).
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable financial products.
• Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
• Maintain daily call records and sales reports.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Required Skills:Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of loan and insurance products.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales.
• Qualification:Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
