Telesales Executive

Job Title: Telesales Executive (Female Only)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year (Mandatory)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Female Telesales Executive with at least 1 year of experience. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Generate leads and achieve sales targets
• Maintain and update customer databases
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Follow up on leads and close sales effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales/telecalling (Mandatory)
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
