Telesales Executive/telecaller

We are looking for a proactive Telecaller to manage, schedule, and confirm calls for our Interior Designing sales team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be able to handle calls efficiently.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and schedule calls as per client requirements for Interior Designing services.

- Confirm appointments and ensure smooth communication with clients.

- Maintain records of calls and follow-ups.

- Coordinate with team for effective call management.

Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic understanding of telecalling and scheduling.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Freshers are welcome.
