Job Description

Job Overview:The Telecaller Executive is responsible for contacting potential franchise investors and leads to inform them about the preschool franchise opportunities available. The role involves identifying and qualifying prospects, explaining the franchise model, answering inquiries, and guiding prospects through the initial stages of the franchise acquisition process. The Telecaller Executive plays a crucial role in driving franchise sales and contributing to the growth of the preschool network.

  1. Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Outreach:

  • Make outbound calls to potential leads who have shown interest in acquiring a preschool franchise.
  • Follow up on inbound leads, such as website inquiries, social media messages, or referrals.
  • Maintain and update a database of potential franchise prospects (using CRM tools).
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure they meet the requirements for the franchise opportunity.
  1. Franchise Information & Sales Presentation:

  • Effectively communicate the benefits of owning a preschool franchise, emphasizing the support, training, and growth potential.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about the preschool franchise model, including fees, investment requirements, training programs, and the franchise process.
  • Conduct initial sales presentations over the phone, explaining the unique selling points (USPs) of the preschool brand.
  • Answer questions and address concerns about the franchise opportunity, ensuring that prospects understand all aspects of the franchise offering.
  1. Lead Qualification & Follow-Up:

  • Qualify and assess the interest level of potential franchisees and gauge their financial capability to invest in a preschool franchise.
  • Maintain timely follow-up with all leads and prospects via phone, email, or other communication channels to convert them into interested candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings or video calls between qualified prospects and the Franchise Manager or Sales Manager.
  • Ensure smooth handover of interested leads to the senior sales team for further engagement or to initiate the franchise application process.
  1. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective franchisees through regular follow-up calls and personalized communication.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to prospects during the decision-making process, ensuring that they feel informed and confident in their decision.
  • Document all interactions, calls, and progress in the CRM system to ensure consistency and track the sales pipeline.
  1. Sales Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads and prospects.
  • Provide regular updates on the status of leads, sales progress, and any challenges or opportunities to the Franchise Manager or Sales Manager.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, conversion rates, and sales pipeline stages.
  • Prepare daily or weekly reports on telecalling activities, including lead generation, conversion rates, and appointments scheduled.
  1. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

  • Stay informed about the latest trends in the preschool and franchise industry to better engage with prospects.
  • Conduct research on competitors in the preschool space to better position the franchise offering and highlight its strengths.
  • Identify potential target markets or geographic areas where there is a demand for new preschool franchises.
  1. Follow Company Processes and Guidelines:

  • Follow the sales script or pitch provided by the franchise management team, while maintaining flexibility to personalize the approach based on the prospect.
  • Ensure all communication aligns with the preschool brand’s values, mission, and standards.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements when handling prospects and sensitive information.
