Job Title: Tele Sales Manager – Digital Marketing Services

Location: Work From Home / Office (Hybrid)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + performance incentives

Job Overview

We are looking for a Tele Sales Manager who understands digital marketing services and can confidently communicate with business owners. The role involves reviewing a business’s online presence (website, ads, and social media), identifying possible gaps, and pitching relevant digital marketing solutions.

The primary goal is to generate qualified meetings with potential clients where our senior consultant will handle the final deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential business owners through calls, messages, or other outreach methods.
• Review a prospect’s digital presence such as social media pages, ads, and website.
• Explain digital marketing services in a simple and convincing way.
• Highlight possible problems in the client’s current marketing strategy and present relevant solutions.
• Schedule meetings with interested prospects for further consultation.
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and meeting schedules.
• Work closely with the closing team to ensure smooth client handover.

Required Skills

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads, etc.).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to understand business problems and explain solutions clearly.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision makers.
• Self-motivated and disciplined for remote or hybrid work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in tele sales, sales development, or lead generation.
• Prior experience in selling marketing services or agency services is a plus.
• Familiarity with analyzing social media pages or advertising campaigns.
