Team Leader for Loan Division

Mortgage Team Leader manages and motivates a team of mortgage professionals, ensuring efficient and compliant mortgage processing and sales activities. This role involves overseeing the team's performance, providing guidance and training, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations. Key responsibilities include monitoring workflow, handling complex cases, and contributing to the team's overall success in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management and Leadership:

Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of mortgage professionals (e.g., loan officers, underwriters, processors). 

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. 

Handle escalated issues and complex loan scenarios. 

Ensure team members are well-managed to deliver business performance and achieve targets

Salary - upto 45k

Must carry the hard copy of your Resume.

Benefits:

Day shift - 9:30 Am -6PM.
