Position Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Contact international customers to promote products/services and generate leads.

Address customer needs, maintain a positive demeanor, build relationships.

Upsell products/services, achieve sales targets.

Record call details, maintain accurate records.

Troubleshoot issues, escalate unresolved problems.

Adhere to company policies and scripts.
