Tender Executive

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Tender Engineer with strong knowledge of electrical schemes, power networks, and electrical design. The candidate will be responsible for preparing technical and commercial tender submissions, including cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and risk analysis. The role involves close coordination with clients, site visits, and active participation in pre-tender and tender evaluation activities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review electrical tender documents for electrical and power projects
• Analyze electrical drawings, schemes, and network designs
• Perform cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and quantity take-offs
• Develop electrical designs including cable sizing and routing using AutoCAD
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and technical submissions
• Conduct site visits for assessment and data collection
• Prepare Risk Assessment and Analysis reports for tender submissions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and competitive tenders
• Communicate with customers during pre-tender meetings, clarifications, and tender evaluations
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety regulations
• Required Skills & QualificationsStrong knowledge of electrical schemes, power networks, and electrical design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical cable design
• Experience in costing, estimation, BOQ, and quantity surveying
• Good understanding of tendering procedures and documentation
• Ability to prepare risk assessment and technical analysis reports
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Willingness to travel to project sites for assessments
• ExperienceMinimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the Electrical & Power field
