Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Tender Executive to join our team in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling government and private tenders, documentation, and end-to-end bid management.

Key Responsibilities:

Search and identify relevant tenders from portals (GeM, e-procurement, etc.)

Prepare and submit tender documents (technical & financial bids)

Handle complete tendering process from start to submission

Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and approvals

Maintain records of tenders, submissions, and deadlines

Ensure compliance with tender requirements and guidelines

Follow up on submitted tenders and track results

Required Skills:

Good knowledge of tender portals (GeM preferred)

Strong documentation and communication skills

Attention to detail and deadline-oriented

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

Ability to work independently and in a team

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline
