Tender Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented Tender Expert to manage our end-to-end bidding process. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities on the GeM Portal and other e-procurement platforms, preparing flawless documentation, and managing offline submissions. A background in Accounts and experience within the Electrical Industry will be highly preferred.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGeM Portal Management: Handle the entire GeM lifecycle, including product uploading, brand listing, OEM panel management, and participating in L1 bidding, RA (Reverse Auction), and Custom Bids.
• End-to-End Tendering: Identify relevant tenders from various sources (CPPP, State portals, Railways, Defense, etc.). Perform initial screening of eligibility, EMD requirements, and technical specs.
• Documentation: Prepare and compile Technical and Financial bids. Ensure all statutory documents (ISO, MSME, Test Reports, etc.) are up to date.
• Electrical Industry Coordination: Work closely with the technical team to understand electrical BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and ensure the products offered match the tender specifications.
• Account Support: Assist in the preparation of cost sheets, profit margin analysis, and follow-up on EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) refunds and performance bank guarantees.
• Liaison: Coordinate with government departments and consultants for pre-bid meetings and post-bid clarifications.
• Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 2–5 years in tender management, prefably for electrical goods (Transformers, Switchgears, Cables, UPS, Solar etc.).
• GeM Expertise: Expert-level knowledge of GeM 4.0, including direct purchase, L1, and bidding.
• Accounts Knowledge: Familiarity with GST, Invoicing, and E-way Bills genration is a major plus.
• Technical Savvy: High proficiency in Excel, Digital Signature Certificates (DSC), and online portal navigation.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to spot "hidden" clauses in tender documents that could impact the company's risk.
