Job Title: Tour & Travel Sales Executive – Sales & Operations

Location: Naraina Vihar, Naraina, New Delh

iSalary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Incentives: Attractive incentives up to ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tour & Travel Sales Executive to manage sales and operations for domestic and international travel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing customized tour packages and holiday packages, handling client queries, and ensuring smooth travel operations.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Create and design customized tour packages and holiday packages as per client requirements.
• Manage end-to-end sales operations including lead handling, conversions, and after-sales support.
• Coordinate with vendors, hotels, DMCs, and other travel partners.
• Handle bookings for flights, hotels, transportation, and sightseeing.
• Maintain good client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Prepare quotations, itineraries, invoices, and travel documents.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure seamless execution of trips.

• Required Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 1 years of experience in travel sales and operations.
• Good ability to design tour and holiday packages.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Knowledge of popular destinations, costing, and travel industry trends.
• Proficiency in ticketing/booking tools (preferred).
• Good negotiation and coordination skills.
