Trainer

WHO ARE WE:

Laureates Learning Systems Pvt. Ltd. is India's leading provider of National Mission for Skill Development, Content Engine, and SaaS Platforms for the Pre-Primary, K-12, and Higher Education ecosystems. 

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Tele Callers who are passionate about communication and outreach. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for initiating conversations with schools and educational institutions to share information about our offerings and gather relevant feedback.

Are you passionate about Early Education? Do you have a flair for teaching and mentoring future pre-school and daycare professionals? We are expanding our certified pool of trainers for the MEPSC certified Skill Building Program in ECCE (NSQF Level 4)- and we want you on our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Delivering engaging online sessions (30 hour curriculum split into 14 modules)
• Guide learners with academic and career mentoring
• Support candidates in certification and assessment readiness
• Collaborate with the academic and content team for delivery quality
• Participate in on-boarding/orientation sessions and trainer community meets

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

• Bachelor's or Masters in Education/ Child development/ ECCE/ Psychology (preferred but not must)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pre-primary/ECCE teacher or teacher training.
• Prior experience in online facilitation preferred
• Strong communication, mentoring, and digital facilitation skills.
• MEPSC / ECCE ToT Certification is mandatory.
