The ideal candidate should have experience in HR recruitment and training, along with the ability to guide, mentor, and support team members in achieving their professional goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess training needs within the organization.
• Design and develop effective training programs for telecallers.
• Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions.
• Evaluate training outcomes and measure performance improvement.
• Support recruitment activities and assist in onboarding new hires.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in training and development.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 6 months of experience in training or HR roles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Expertise in training and development methodologies.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Compensation:💰 Salary: ₹5,000 – ₹7,000 per month

💡 Incentives: ₹1,500 (based on performance)
