Travel Sales Consultant at Brio TravelsOverview:Brio Travels is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Travel Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist clients in planning and booking their dream vacations while providing exceptional customer service and expert travel advice.Key Responsibilities:- Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budgets, offering personalized recommendations.- Itinerary Development: Create tailored travel itineraries that encompass flights, accommodations, activities, and transportation.- Sales and Bookings: Manage the booking process for flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours, ensuring all details are accurate and confirm reservations promptly.- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry regulations to provide clients with up-to-date information.- Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients before, during, and after their trips, addressing any inquiries or issues that may arise.- Promotion of Packages: Actively promote Brio Travels’ travel packages and special offers to drive sales and enhance customer experiences.- Networking: Build and maintain relationships with travel suppliers, hotels, and tour operators to secure the best options and rates for clients.- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is preferred.- Experience: Previous experience in travel sales or customer service is advantageous.- Skills:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities- Proficiency in travel booking software and CRM systems- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure- Knowledge: Familiarity with global travel destinations; additional language skills are a plus.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusYearly bonusExperience:total work: 1 year in sales (Preferred)Work Location: In personJob Type: Full-timeContact no.-93111 61789
