Position Overview

We are seeking a Treasury Executive – Hedging to manage foreign exchange exposure, treasury operations, and risk mitigation strategies. The role involves close coordination with banks, finance teams, and management to ensure effective cash flow planning and currency risk control.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage foreign exchange exposure (imports & exports).
• Execute and track hedging instruments such as forward contracts, options, and swaps.
• Coordinate with banks for rate negotiations, deal booking, and confirmations.
• Prepare FX exposure statements, MTM reports, and hedge tracking sheets.
• Analyze currency movement and provide hedging recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and internal treasury policies.
• Manage fund flow planning and daily cash position reports.
• Support LC, BG, and other banking-related treasury operations.
• Maintain proper documentation and audit-ready records.
• Liaise with internal departments for import–export and payment scheduling.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Qualification: Diploma in Treasury Market Professional (DTMP)/MBA in Finance
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in treasury / hedging / forex operations
• Strong understanding of FX markets and risk management
• Good knowledge of banking products, RBI norms, and treasury controls
• Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in manufacturing / EPC / renewable energy sector
• Hands-on exposure to forex hedging and bank coordination
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
