UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We’re looking for a thoughtful UI/UX designer who cares deeply about craft and clarity. You’ll own the end-to-end design process - from early discovery to pixel-perfect delivery - and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and research.

What You’ll Do

•      Define user flows, wireframes, and prototypes from ambiguous briefs

•      Conduct and synthesise qualitative user research

•      Own and evolve the design system across platforms

•      Translate complex problems into intuitive, elegant solutions

•      Partner with engineers during handoff and QA

•      Facilitate design critiques and cross-functional reviews

What We’re Looking For

•      3+ years in a product design or UX role

•      Strong portfolio with end-to-end case studies

•      Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools

•      Comfort working with design systems at scale

•      Clear, concise written and verbal communication

•      Experience working in agile product teams

Nice to Have

•      Experience with motion design or micro-interactions

•      Familiarity with front-end basics (HTML, CSS)

•      Background in accessibility-first or inclusive design
