Role Summary

We are seeking an UiPath RPA Developer with deep experience automating applications delivered through Citrix, using UiPath Computer Vision, OCR, and image-based UI automation. This role will build the core UiPath workflows for navigating inside Citrix virtual desktops, reading on-screen data, validating workflows, and returning structured results to the agentic testing platform. You will also configure Orchestrator tenants, robot pools, runtimes, queues, CI/CD pipelines, and integration endpoints for the agentic AI layer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build robust UiPath workflows that automate inside Citrix using Computer Vision, image-based automation, and resilient selectors.

• Deploy, configure, and manage UiPath Orchestrator (cloud or on-prem).

• Create, maintain, and secure:

o Machine templates

o Robot runtimes (Unattended / Testing)

o Queues and triggers

o Assets (credentials, configs)

o Logs and audit trails

• Set up scalable robot VM infrastructure for Citrix-driven automations.

• Integrate Orchestrator with backend APIs and LLM agent frameworks.

• Implement monitoring dashboards for job failures, retries, and automation KPIs.

• Manage deployment pipelines for UiPath packages across environments.

• Ensure compliance with access and segregation rules.

• Create parameterised workflows for a health care application with Citrix

• Implement advanced error handling, retry logic, and recovery steps.

• Standardise input/output arguments for agent-driven test execution.

• Develop automation assets and orchestrate jobs via UiPath Orchestrator (Queues, Assets, Logs).

• Collaborate with SMEs to map real workflows to automated flows.

• Optimise automation reliability under constraints like fixed DPI, resolution, and streamed UI graphics.

Required Skills

• 3–5+ years professional experience with UiPath Studio / Robot / Orchestrator.

• Strong expertise with Citrix automation using UiPath Computer Vision (CV Screen Scope, CV Click, CV Type Into, Get Text, screenshots).

• Experience automating streamed UI environments (Citrix, RDP, VDI).

• Experience configuring robot VMs for Citrix interactions.

• Strong knowledge of UiPath Queues, Assets, Job APIs, and error handling patterns.

• Familiarity with API integration patterns (Orchestrator REST API).

• Ability to debug timing issues, OCR inconsistencies, and CV confidence failures.

• Hands-on experience deploying robots on Windows VMs.

• Strong communication and documentation skills.
