About the Role:

GIO Realty is looking for a creative and passionate Digital Content Creator with strong skills in photo and video editing, social media content creation, and AI-based tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging and visually appealing content that aligns with our brand’s vision and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and edit high-quality photos and videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and company branding.

Use Generative AI tools for content enhancement, video editing, image generation, and productivity.

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital content strategies.

Develop reels, short videos, and promotional creatives for social media platforms.

Maintain consistency in brand tone, color, and style across all visuals.

Stay updated with trends in digital media, video editing, and AI creative tools.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.

Knowledge of AI tools like Runway ML, Pika Labs, Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.

Strong creative thinking and storytelling abilities.

Excellent understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).

Good communication and teamwork skills.
