Video Editor

We are looking for a skilled and fast Video Editor who can consistently create high-quality short-form content for social media platforms.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Edit and deliver 8–9 short videos (shots/reels/shorts) per day
• Create engaging, creative, and trend-based content for YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels
• Ensure videos are optimized for short-form storytelling, with strong hooks and smooth pacing
• Adapt content to current trends, formats, music, and styles
• Maintain consistency in quality while working with daily output and fast turnaround times

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of short-form video editing
• Expertise in transitions, hooks, captions, pacing, and visual flow
• Social-media-first mindset with a clear focus on engagement and growth
• Ability to work efficiently under tight timelines and high volume
• Up-to-date knowledge of trending content on Instagram and YouTube

Experience:

• Prior experience with daily short-form content creation is mandatory
• Experience editing for YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels is a strong plus
