Job Profile: Video Editor and Graphic Designer

Position Summary: 

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor and Graphic Designer to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in crafting visually engaging content for various platforms, preferably with experience in healthcare marketing. This role requires a strong understanding of video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design, coupled with the ability to adapt to brand guidelines and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1.   Video Editing:

o   Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video content for social media, websites, and campaigns.

o   Add effects, transitions, graphics, and music to enhance video appeal.

o   Optimize videos for different platforms, ensuring high-quality output.

o   Work with the creative team to storyboard video concepts.

2.   Motion Graphics:

o   Create dynamic animations and motion graphics to elevate video content.

o   Develop explainer videos, intros, outros, and special effects.

3.   Graphic Design:

o   Design visually compelling graphics for digital campaigns, including banners, social media posts, and ad creatives.

o   Create and maintain design templates for consistent branding.

o   Collaborate with the content team to align visuals with copy and strategy.

4.   Collaboration:

o   Work closely with digital marketers, copywriters, and clients to ensure visual content meets project goals.

o   Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ideas.

5.   Quality Assurance:

o   Review and ensure all creative deliverables meet technical and aesthetic standards.

o   Stay updated on trends in video editing and graphic design to produce modern and impactful content.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

· Experience: Minimum 2 years in video editing and graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing agency.

· Technical Proficiency:

o   Video editing tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.

o   Motion graphics tools: Adobe After Effects, Blender, or similar.

o   Graphic design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar.

o   Knowledge of video codecs, formats, and compression standards.

· Creative Skills:

o   Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design and video projects.

o   Understanding of visual storytelling and branding principles.

o   Ability to conceptualize and execute ideas independently.
