• Job Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert leads into enrollments.
• Understand students’ needs and recommend suitable courses.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Maintain a strong follow-up system to close deals effectively.
• Provide accurate course details and resolve student queries.
• Marketing Responsibilities:Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase student enrollment.
• Manage social media promotions and drive engagement on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams for promotional materials.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends and competitors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions for brand promotion.

Requirements:✅ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

✅ 1-3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or marketing (EdTech preferred).

✅ Strong communication and persuasion skills.

✅ Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.

✅ Familiarity with CRM tools, digital marketing, and social media advertising.
