We’re looking for a creative, fast, and detail-oriented Video Editor who understands social media storytelling and can turn raw footage into engaging short-form and long-form videos.

•  What You’ll DoEdit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Create long-form videos (founder stories, explainers, podcasts)
• Add subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and motion graphics
• Collaborate with content & growth teams on storytelling and pacing
• Ensure videos match KaroStartup’s brand tone and style
• Deliver edits quickly without compromising quality

• 🛠 Tools You Should KnowAdobe Premiere Pro (mandatory)
• Adobe After Effects (for motion graphics & animations)
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop / Illustrator (bonus)
• Experience with captions, memes, and trending formats
