Videographer

Govinda Medicenter is looking for a professional Videographer and Photographer to capture clinical and surgical procedures. Your primary role is to record high-quality raw footage of surgeries, patient interactions, and hospital operations. 

Work Responsibilities

• OT Documentation: Capture clear, high-definition videos of surgical procedures (Operations) while maintaining hospital hygiene protocols.
• Patient Interviews: Record testimonials and interviews with patients regarding their recovery and experience.
• Clinical Photography: Take high-quality photos of the facility, medical equipment, and "before & after" clinical shots.
• Daily Coverage: Document the day-to-day activities of doctors and staff for archival and social media use.
• Data Management: Ensure all raw footage and photos are organized and transferred to the editing team/management daily.

Requirements & Skills

• Strong Stomach: Must be comfortable working in an Operation Theater (OT) environment and filming surgical procedures.
• Technical Gear: Expert knowledge of handling DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and stabilizers (Gimbals).
• Lighting: Ability to work with hospital lighting to get clear, shadow-free shots of surgeries.
• Discipline: Must follow strict medical ethics—maintaining patient privacy and hospital decorum.
• No Editing Needed: You only need to focus on capturing the best angles and high-quality raw files.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in hospital or event videography is a plus.
• Must be punctual and ready to cover scheduled surgeries.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced medical environment.
