Videographer & Editor

We are seeking a creative and highly skilled Videographer cum Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media, YouTube, advertisements, and real estate project promotions. The candidate should have excellent visual storytelling skills, technical expertise with cameras and editing tools, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesShoot professional-quality videos using DSLR / Mirrorless / Cinema cameras, gimbals, drones, and lighting equipment.
• Plan and execute video shoots, including pre-production tasks like location scouting, script breakdowns, and shot planning.
• Edit videos using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, etc.
• Create cinematic visual content, motion graphics, colour grading, sound mixing, and special effects.
• Work closely with marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality output within deadlines.
• Capture behind-the-scenes footage, interviews, testimonials, property walkthroughs, and lifestyle content.
• Optimize video formats for social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and reels/shorts.
• Maintain proper file management, backups, and media archives.
• Stay updated with the latest video trends, technologies, and editing styles.

Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor.

• Proficiency in professional video equipment, lighting setup, and audio recording.
• Excellent understanding of cinematography concepts: framing, composition, depth of field, camera movement, color theory, and exposure.
• Strong command of editing software (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / After Effects / DaVinci Resolve).
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual storytelling.
• Time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of social media trends & video content formats.
• Bonus: Drone shooting skills (DGCA certification preferred).

Preferred Experience1–5 years of experience in video production and editing

• Experience in Real Estate, Events, Ads, Corporate Films, Interviews, or Lifestyle Videos is a plus.
• Portfolio or showreel is mandatory.
