Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Immigration Counselor Team Leader to lead and manage a team of immigration counselors. The candidate will be responsible for achieving team sales targets, guiding counselors, handling escalated client cases, and ensuring excellent client consultation for immigration services such as Canada PR, Australia PR, and other visa programs.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate a team of immigration counselors to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular training and coaching.
• Handle complex or escalated client queries related to immigration processes.
• Ensure proper client consultation regarding visa options, eligibility, and documentation.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance of the team.
• Conduct team meetings and share updates regarding immigration policies and programs.
• Maintain high conversion rates from leads to enrollments.
• Coordinate with the case processing team for smooth client handling.
• Ensure CRM updates and proper documentation of all client interactions.
• Support management in planning sales strategies and improving team productivity.
