Key Responsibilities:
- Provide counselling to clients on visa options, requirements, and procedures.
- Assess client eligibility and recommend suitable programs/countries.
- Assist with application forms, documentation, and submission processes.
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely collection of documents.
- Maintain updated knowledge of immigration/visa rules and changes.
- Handle client queries and ensure a smooth, positive experience.
- Track leads, conversions, and maintain records in the CRM.
