Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Present menus, take orders accurately, and serve food & beverages on time.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining area.
- Assist in table setup, clearing plates, and serving water.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
- Provide recommendations about menu items when required.
- Ensure billing accuracy and coordinate with the cashier.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and grooming.
- Follow all service SOPs and maintain professional behaviour at all times.
- Requirements:Prior experience as a Waiter/Steward preferred (not mandatory).
- Good communication skills (Hindi required; English is a plus).
- Smart, punctual, disciplined, and well–groomed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and follow restaurant SOPs.
