Warden

Job Title: Hostel Warden

Department: Hostel Management

Reports to: Principal/Dean of Students

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily hostel operations and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for residents.

- Manage hostel staff (wardens, cooks, cleaners) and supervise maintenance.

- Handle student issues, conflicts, and disciplinary actions (as needed).

- Monitor student attendance, leave, and overall well-being.

- Coordinate with kitchen staff for meals and dietary needs.

- Maintain records, registers, and reports.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in hostel management/student affairs.

- Good communication and leadership skills.

- Ability to handle responsibilities independently.
