Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Manager to manage overall warehouse operations including inventory control, material handling, storage, dispatch, and coordination with production and logistics teams. The role ensures efficient material flow, accuracy, safety, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch
• Maintain accurate inventory records (GRN, inward, outward, stock registers)
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and FIFO/FEFO practices
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and Dispatch teams for material planning
• Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages or overstocking
• Supervise warehouse staff, helpers, and loaders
• Ensure timely loading/unloading of materials and finished goods
• Implement safety standards, housekeeping (5S), and loss prevention
• Handle audits, physical stock verification, and reconciliation
• Maintain ERP / Excel-based inventory systems
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and statutory requirements
• Co-ordination with Vendor for Material Procurement

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or relevant field
• 5–8 years of experience in warehouse management (manufacturing preferred)
• Knowledge of inventory management, material handling & logistics
• Experience with ERP systems, Excel, and documentation
• Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Industry Experience

• Manufacturing / Fabrication / Sheet Metal
• Commercial Kitchen Equipment / Engineering Industry
