Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ghaziabad for a Web Developer. The Web Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the company’s websites and web applications. The role involves building responsive, user-friendly interfaces, optimizing website performance, and ensuring strong SEO practices for improved Google rankings.

The Web Developer will collaborate with design, marketing, and operations teams to implement features that support business growth objectives. Responsibilities include website customization, troubleshooting technical issues, integrating third-party tools, improving website speed and security, and ensuring seamless functionality across devices and browsers.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance company websites

Build responsive and SEO-optimized web pages

Customize and manage CMS platforms such as WordPress and Shopify

Implement UI/UX best practices for improved user experience

Optimize websites for speed, performance, and search engine ranking

Integrate APIs, plugins, and third-party services

Troubleshoot and debug website issues

Ensure website security and regular backups

Collaborate with marketing teams for landing pages and campaign implementation

Qualifications

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress and Shopify

Working knowledge of frameworks such as ReactJS, NextJS, and NodeJS (preferred)

Understanding of SEO principles and website optimization techniques

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)

Basic knowledge of website security practices

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)

Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
