Position Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled ERP Developer to architect, develop, deploy, and maintain a scalable ERP platform along with an advanced Examination Management Panel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end ERP lifecycle management, including backend architecture, database security, server infrastructure, and long-term maintenance.

Core Responsibilities

🔹 ERP Architecture & Development

• Design and develop a complete ERP system for B2B and B2C workflows

• Admission management, fee processing

• Multi-role dashboards (Admin, Faculty, Student, Partner Institutions)

• Payment Gateway maintainence

🔹 Examination Panel Development

• Secure online/offline exam module

• Question bank management with category-wise tagging

• Auto-evaluation & manual evaluation options

• Result analytics & performance reporting

• Role-based access & data encryption

🔹 Server & Infrastructure Management

• Database optimization & performance tuning

• Data backup, recovery planning & cybersecurity compliance

• Load management & scalability planning

🔹 Maintenance & Continuous Improvement

• ERP upgrades and system optimization

• Troubleshooting and performance enhancement

• Technical documentation and reporting

• Ensuring high system uptime and reliability

Technical Requirements

• Strong expertise in ERP system development

• Cloud & Server Management experience

• Experience in Payment Gateway & SMS/Email API integration

• Understanding of cybersecurity & data protection standards
