WEB & GRAPHICS DESIGNER / FRONT END DEVELOPER [JOB DESCRIPTION] “The ideal candidate will have a passion for Designing and developing front end frameworks, banners, brochures, for Mobile apps and web development, Media campaigns, etc. Ideally he should be creative and well-versed in the concepts surrounding Graphics designing, its tools and software like Adobe, etc.” Roles and Responsibilities:  Should be able to Design Logos, Banners, Brochure, Mobile App Layout, Web Layout, Website relevant editing/retouching and digital marketing/media related designing and development work and Presentations.  Design User Interface for ERP Software and Mobile apps, Etc.  Should be skilled in Design and creative work with flair to effectively use dimensions and colours, style, font size and composition, etc.  Must be expert in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, Adobe In Design, PowerPoint and other related design/editing software.  HTML and CSS knowledge would be added advantage.  Understand Clients requirements, technicality, target audience and overall creative strategy.  Assist in the formulation of STRATEGIES to build a lasting digital connection with consumers  Maintaining the highest standards in Graphic Design and produce cutting-edge creative content for both digital marketing and social media marketing that accurately represents the expectations of the client.  Test and analyse ideas to provide creative solution and should have eye for typography, composition, Layout, Colour, High Quality production with pixel-level attention to details.  Etc. Requirements and skills:  Proven Experience as Graphics Designer/Front End Developer or A similar Role.  Excellent understanding of Graphics Designing and front end development concepts, its tools, uses, its expertise & best practices.  Experience with B2B, B2C Social Media, creative, websites creative content development.
