As a senior designer, you’ll be responsible for crafting visually stunning, user-centric websites that not only look great but perform flawlessly across all devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality, visually appealing, responsive websites from concept to final implementation.
• Work closely with developers, content creators, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Create and maintain design systems, UI kits, and style guides.
• Translate wireframes and business requirements into functional web designs.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
• Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Conduct UX/UI audits and implement improvements for existing websites.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in website design with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Deep understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Hands-on knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks is a plus.
• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or custom CMS.
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
