Website Maintenance Executive

Work Required (Technical Only):

1. Handle website downtime or errors immediately

2. Manage hosting, cPanel & domain renewals

3. Maintain SSL certificate (no “Not Secure” issues)

4. Improve website speed & performance

5. Fix plugin/theme issues & update them safely

6. Do weekly backups + monthly off-site backups

7. Technical SEO fixes (indexing, sitemap, broken links)

8. Fix mobile responsiveness & layout issues

9. Manage Zoho Form integrations (ensure leads come properly)

10. Fix contact form issues / broken pages

11. Add new pages or sections when required (content will be provided)

12. Maintain website security & remove malware if needed

13. Manage DNS settings / email setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
