About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled WordPress Developer who can build fast, secure, and conversion-focused websites for brands across healthcare, finance, hospitality, ecommerce, and service industries. The ideal candidate understands that websites are business tools, not just design projects, and can deliver performance-driven, scalable solutions.

You’ll work closely with designers, marketers, and automation teams to turn concepts into high-performing digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive WordPress websites and landing pages using custom themes or builders like Elementor/Gutenberg.
• Convert Figma/PSD designs into fully functional WordPress websites.
• Integrate lead forms, CRM tools, WhatsApp, chat widgets, analytics, and tracking pixels.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and basic SEO best practices.
• Customize themes and plugins as per project requirements.
• Handle website migrations, hosting setup, and staging environments.
• Fix bugs, perform updates, and ensure website security and backups.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with the project manager and creative team for smooth execution.
• Skills & RequirementsStrong experience with WordPress CMS.
• Good command of Elementor or Gutenberg.
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience with hosting panels (cPanel, Plesk) and domain management.
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Knowledge of speed optimization techniques and Core Web Vitals basics.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Portfolio of WordPress websites is mandatory.
