Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Workshop Coordinator. The Workshop Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing workshops and meditation sessions hosted by the foundation. Duties include coordinating schedules, liaising with participants and trainers, ensuring smooth execution of events, and maintaining records. The individual will also collaborate with team members to enhance the operational efficiency of workshops and ensure exceptional participant experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with participants and trainers
• Experience in organizing workshops, training sessions, and related activities
• Proficiency in customer service and client interactions to ensure positive experiences
• Project management skills, including planning, organization, and coordination of multiple events
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage time-sensitive tasks effectively
• Basic understanding or willingness to learn about Pranic Healing and meditation practices is an advantage
• Prior experience in event coordination or workshop management is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
