Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and self-driven It Engineer to independently manage and resolve all IT-related issues at our client location. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth IT operations and provide timely technical support to end users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, etc..
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and application software
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure and connectivity.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues efficiently
- Maintain documentation of IT assets, configurations, and processes
