FMCG Sales Executive

The HORECA Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and managing sales in the Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering (HORECA) segment. The role focuses on generating new business, maintaining strong relationships with key institutional clients, achieving sales targets, and ensuring timely collections.

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities1️⃣ Business DevelopmentIdentify and onboard new hotels, restaurants, cafes, caterers, and institutional clients.
• Generate primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory.
• Conduct market surveys to identify potential HORECA opportunities.
• Increase product penetration and SKU visibility in the HORECA channel.
• 2️⃣ Sales & Target AchievementAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Ensure proper product listing and repeat orders from clients.
• Execute pricing and promotional strategies as per company policy.
• Monitor competitor activities and report market intelligence.
• 3️⃣ Relationship ManagementMaintain strong professional relationships with chefs, purchase managers, and owners.
• Handle client queries, complaints, and service issues promptly.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• 4️⃣ Collection & DocumentationEnsure timely payment collection as per company credit policy.
• Maintain proper documentation of orders, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
• Submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and expense statements regularly.
• 5️⃣ CoordinationCoordinate with supply chain/logistics for timely delivery.
• Work closely with internal teams for smooth execution of orders.
• Participate in product trials, food demos, and promotional activities.
